Yes, you will always receive a proof (preview) for approval before your order goes into production. This allows you to check that the print is correct, and should not be approved if it does not meet your expectations.
You will find the previews in your customer account, under the "File Upload" section. You can also preview the logo before placing your order by uploading your file to the product page.
If our operators detect a problem, they can modify your file and submit a new proof for your approval in the "My proofs" section.
We cannot approve proofs on behalf of the customer; furthermore, once the proofs have been approved, the order goes immediately to print and can no longer be modified or canceled.
If approval is not received within the specified time frame, delivery may be automatically delayed.
