What are the different payment methods accepted?

What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Payment in 4 installments with PayPal (subject to eligibility)
• Bank transfer
• Administrative purchase order (exclusively for public administrations)

What is the procedure for payment by bank transfer?

• Once the order has been confirmed, you will receive our bank details by email
• Please indicate your order number in the description.
• The order is confirmed and prepared upon receipt of payment.
• Transfers are checked manually twice a day (early in the morning and early in the afternoon).
• Instant transfers are subject to the same processing.

What is the procedure for paying by administrative purchase order?

• Yes, payments by administrative purchase order are accepted. To use this method, you must confirm your shopping cart and select "administrative purchase order" when choosing your payment method.
• The order is saved and placed on "pending payment."
• The information in the confirmation email (bank details) allows you to send us a valid administrative purchase order in response to this same email.
• The delivery estimate will be updated after the administrative purchase order has been verified and your order has been prepared.

Can I change the payment method for an unpaid order?

Yes. This change can be made from your customer account: open the order in question and select another payment method from the drop-down menu.
