What payment methods do you accept?

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Payment in 4 instalments with PayPal (subject to eligibility)
• Bank transfer
• Administrative order form (for public authorities only)

What is the procedure for payment by bank transfer?

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive our bank details by e-mail
Please indicate your order number in the text.
Your order will be confirmed and processed as soon as we receive your payment.
Bank transfers are manually checked twice a day (early morning and early afternoon).
Instant transfers are processed in the same way.

Can I change the payment method of an outstanding order?

Yes, you can do this from your customer area: open the order concerned and select another payment method from the drop-down menu.
