Transfer Film t100 - Red

L-FLEX is an environmentally friendly polyurethane film with a matte non-reflective surface. It is suitable for transfer onto textiles such as cotton, polyester/cotton blends and polyester/acrylic. It can be used for lettering on t-shirts, jerseys, sports and leisure clothing, sports bags and team supporter items, such as flags and banners. This elastic transfer film made of soft rubber ensures that textiles have a pleasant feel and are comfortable to wear. L-Flex offers excellent opacity. The PET self-adhesive backing allows repositioning of the traced designs. The raw materials used are not harmful to the environment and are free from PVC, plasticizers and heavy metals. Thickness in mm: 0.1 +/- 10%. Liner: PET film, self-adhesive. Sold by the meter with a width of 50cm. Transfer conditions: Temperature 160°C, pressure 2.5-3.5 bar (medium pressure), duration 15 sec. Wash resistance at 80°C. Suitable for tumble drying and dry cleaning. Perchloroethylene (Tetrachloroethylene), wash the textile inside out. Composition: Cast polyurethane transfer film. Hot melt polyurethane adhesive. Recommended tracing knife: 45°. The polyester backing should be removed hot. Exceptions to this rule are neon colors and light blue, which should be removed cold. This film should not be used on dark textiles with a high polyester content, as this can cause the textile to discolor. Nylon and textiles with a water-repellent impregnation are not suitable for heat transfer. With the exception of Gold Metallic, Silver Metallic and neon colors, the L-Flex series can be pressed in multiple layers. We recommend performing an application test on the original materials.
