The TC5 LITE hot press is a modular electromagnetic press with a book opening format of 38cm x 38cm. It allows the execution of other tasks during pressing thanks to its automatic opening system. The pressing process can be interrupted at any time by pressing a push button, for example for the pre-pressing of textiles. The temperature and pressing time are easily selectable via the digital display. The pressure adjustment knob facilitates and accelerates the setting according to the printed support. The control unit, heating plate, lower plate and frame can be disassembled and replaced in a few simple steps. The TC5 LITE hot press can be used on T-shirts, mouse pads, puzzles, ceramic tiles and all other flat surfaces using Flex, Flock, transfer paper, sublimation and screen printing. The new electromagnetic mechanism ensures ease of use and increased productivity thanks to the automatic lifting at the end of the timer, offering the comfort of a pneumatic press without the use of a compressor.
