How can I pay by bank transfer or public sector purchase order?

To pay by bank transfer:

Once your order has been confirmed, simply select « Bank transfer » when choosing your payment method. You will then receive our bank details by email.

Please include your order number in the payment reference when making the transfer.

Your order will be confirmed and prepared as soon as payment has been received and approved by our team. The estimated delivery date will also be updated in your customer account.

To pay by public sector purchase order:

Payment by administrative mandate is available exclusively to public sector organisations.

Once your order has been confirmed, simply select « Public sector purchase order » when choosing your payment method. You will then receive our bank details and the information required to issue the purchase order by email.

Once your purchase order is ready, you can send it to us by replying directly to that email.

Your order will be confirmed and prepared once our team has verified that your public sector purchase order is compliant.

The estimated delivery date will then be sent to you by email and displayed in your customer account.

The invoice will be uploaded to the Chorus platform after delivery.
