The item I ordered is too big or too small: what should I do?

Our products come from a wide range of brands, so sizing may vary. That is why we provide detailed measurements for each item in a size guide.

If an item does not match the expected size, first compare its length and width with the measurements in the guide.

If the difference exceeds 2 cm (including manufacturing tolerance), go to the « My orders » section of your account and click « + options » to submit a claim.
