If you made a mistake or forgot to include an item in your order, you can cancel it within a limited time frame. To do so, go to "My Orders" and click on the order in question.
After this time has elapsed, cancellation will no longer be possible for an order of blank apparel, as it will already be in production.
For a custom order, if the proof has not been approved, please contact us.
If the proof has already been approved, no cancellation can be made.
