How can I check the status of my order?

From your account, you can check the status of your order at any time. The order process consists of several steps, including:

• Pending payment: We have not yet received your payment. To complete the payment, select a payment method from the drop-down menu.

• Awaiting your files: (only for orders involving custom printing), please upload them via the "My Orders" section. A proof will then be sent to you.

• Being prepared: The items in your order are currently being prepared.

• Being printed: After the proof is approved, your order goes into production.

• Package being prepared: The preparation or production stage is complete; your order will be handed over to the carrier.

• Order shipped: Your order has left our facility; an email has been sent to you, including a tracking link for delivery.
