Is a proof provided before production?

Yes, you will always receive a proof for approval before your order goes into production. This allows you to verify that the print meets your specifications, and you should not approve it if it does not meet your expectations.

You can find the proofs in your customer account under the “File Upload” section. You can also preview the logo before placing your order by uploading your file to the product page.

We cannot approve proofs on the customer’s behalf; furthermore, once the proofs are approved, the order goes to print immediately and can no longer be modified or canceled.

If approval is not received within the specified timeframe, delivery may be automatically delayed.

Submitted files are not systematically checked before production begins, for example: when you approve your own proof (Good to Print) before production starts.

However, our operators may decide to make adjustments to the design to improve the final result. If a change is made, an updated preview will be available in the “My Proofs” section, and a notification email will be sent to you. You must then review and approve the proof before the order goes into production.
