How can I cancel my order?

If you have made a mistake or forgotten an item in your order, you can cancel it within a limited time. To do so, go to « My orders » and click on the relevant order.

Once this period has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel an order for non-customized textiles, as it will already be being prepared.

For a customized order, if the proof has not yet been approved, please contact us.

If the proof has already been approved, the order can no longer be cancelled.
