How can I track my order?

You can view the status of your order at any time from your account. Your order progresses through several stages, including:

• Awaiting payment: we have not yet received your payment. To make the payment, select your preferred method from the dedicated drop-down menu.

• Awaiting your files: for customised orders only, upload them via "My Orders". You will then receive a proof for approval.

• Being prepared : the items in your order are being prepared.

• Customisation in progress: once the proof has been approved, your order goes into production.

• Parcel being prepared: preparation or production is complete and your order will soon be handed over to the carrier.

• Order shipped : your order has left our premises. We have sent you an email containing a delivery tracking link.
